SocialFuse (“SocialFuse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates socialfuseapp.com and the SocialFuse digital library, store, reader, community, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create an account, complete your profile, place an order, contact us, participate in the community, upload content, or otherwise use the Services. This may include your name, email address, username, billing details, order history, profile information, messages, comments, reviews, uploaded media, and other content you choose to provide.
Payment card information is processed by our payment providers. SocialFuse generally receives transaction details such as payment status, amount, date, and limited billing information rather than your complete card number.
We also collect technical and usage information automatically, including IP address, browser and device information, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, login and security events, cookie identifiers, reading progress, and interactions with the Services. Reading progress may be stored in your browser or associated with your account, depending on the feature being used.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
- Create and manage accounts, profiles, memberships, orders, downloads, and library access.
- Deliver purchased or unlocked digital content and remember reading progress and preferences.
- Process transactions, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.

- Moderate community activity, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect users and the platform.

Community and public content
Your display name, username, profile image, profile details, public posts, comments, reviews, uploaded media, followers, and other community activity may be visible to other users or the public according to your settings and the feature you use. Do not post information you want to keep private. Private messages are intended for their recipients, although authorized administrators may access information when reasonably necessary for safety, support, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, shopping carts, account preferences, security, fraud prevention, site performance, and other essential functions. We may also use measurement or embedded-service technologies where enabled. You can control cookies through your browser, but blocking essential cookies may prevent account, checkout, library, or reader features from working correctly.
How we share information
We share information only as reasonably necessary to operate the Services, complete transactions, meet legal obligations, or protect rights and safety. Recipients may include website and hosting providers such as Hostinger; commerce and payment providers such as WooCommerce and enabled payment processors; email, security, analytics, spam-prevention, and customer-support providers; and digital delivery or storage providers such as Backblaze B2 and Google Drive.
If you purchase through Etsy or another marketplace, that marketplace separately processes information under its own privacy policy and may provide us with order information needed to fulfill and support your purchase. We may also disclose information in connection with a business transfer, legal request, investigation, or to prevent fraud, abuse, or harm.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws use broader definitions of “sale” or “sharing”; you may contact us to ask about choices that apply to your location.
Digital content and external services
Books, comics, files, images, videos, and other content may be delivered or displayed from third-party storage or embedded services. When your device connects to those services, they may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser information. Links to external websites and services are governed by their own privacy practices.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain purchase and access records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal and tax obligations, and protect the platform. Retention periods vary by information type and legal requirement.
