These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of socialfuseapp.com and the SocialFuse digital library, store, reader, community, memberships, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, making a purchase, redeeming access, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are a minor where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us through our Contact page if you suspect unauthorized access.
Accounts, membership access, purchase records, download links, and redemption codes are personal to the authorized customer and may not be sold, transferred, published, or shared unless SocialFuse expressly permits it.
Purchases and digital delivery
Product descriptions, included formats, prices, taxes, delivery methods, and any usage limitations are shown on the applicable product or marketplace listing. Test products may temporarily be offered at no charge. Completing a zero-price test checkout does not create a right to future paid products at no charge.
Digital products may be delivered through My Library, protected download links, access codes, Backblaze B2, Google Drive, email, Etsy, or other stated methods. You are responsible for using a compatible device, browser, application, and internet connection. File availability and reader features may vary by format and device.
Orders placed through Etsy or another third-party marketplace are also subject to that marketplace’s terms, payment rules, and buyer-protection procedures. If marketplace terms conflict with these Terms for a transaction, the marketplace rules control that marketplace transaction to the extent required.
Refunds and order issues
Refund eligibility is governed by the policy shown on the applicable listing, the payment or marketplace provider’s rules, and applicable law. Because digital content can often be accessed or downloaded immediately, cancellation or refund rights may be limited after delivery where permitted by law. If a file is missing, damaged, incorrectly described, or inaccessible, contact us so we can investigate and provide a replacement, corrected link, or other appropriate resolution.
License to digital content
Unless a product listing expressly grants different rights, purchasing or unlocking digital content gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use that content for your own lawful, non-commercial use. Ownership and intellectual-property rights remain with SocialFuse and the applicable authors, artists, publishers, licensors, or rights holders.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly post, upload to file-sharing services, remove rights notices from, or use digital content to train or build a competing content collection without written permission from the applicable rights holder. You may make reasonable personal backup copies when permitted by the product listing and applicable law.
Community participation and user content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the community. You grant SocialFuse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve the Services. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies reasonably retained in backups, legal records, shared conversations, or where continued retention is permitted by law.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content. Do not post or upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights; is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually exploitative, or malicious; contains malware; exposes another person’s private information; or interferes with the Services.
Acceptable use
- Do not bypass purchase gates, access controls, download limits, or account restrictions.
- Do not share accounts, redemption codes, protected links, or purchased files with unauthorized people.
- Do not scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, overload, probe, or disrupt the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Do not impersonate others, manipulate reviews or engagement, send spam, or use automated accounts without permission.
- Do not use the Services or content in violation of law or third-party rights.
Moderation, suspension, and termination
We may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content and may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, respond to legal requests, prevent fraud or security threats, or maintain the Services. We will consider the nature and severity of the issue where practical. Termination does not eliminate payment obligations or provisions that should reasonably survive, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, and liability terms.
Third-party services and links
The Services may rely on or link to third-party services, including hosting, storage, payment, marketplace, social-login, and embedded-content providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. SocialFuse is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep the Services and purchased access available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We may maintain, update, replace, or discontinue features. When a material change affects paid access, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice or a practical alternative where appropriate.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SocialFuse and its owners, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the Services. Our total liability for a claim relating to a paid product will not exceed the amount you paid SocialFuse for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice. Continuing to use the Services after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
